The overall customer service was outstanding but the only complaint I have is the guys were a little to rough with turning my key in the ignition before the service I was able to turn my key but when I picked my vehicle up the young man that showed me to my car said sorry I locked your steering wheel and When I went into turn my key I had such a hard time unlocking the wheel and my key wouldn’t even turn and I have had problems all day probably going to need a whole new ignition now

I appreciate the service I received and I am not angry but wanted to give you some feedback.
1. When I walked in, I stood there for about 10 minutes before anybody help me. I was not sure if I was supposed to walk up to one of the representatives or if someone is going to ask me how they could help. It was not clear. Finally I had to ask for help.
2. I had an appointment this morning for an oil change. But I was still there waiting for over two hours. I think two hours is fine if I was a walk in, but when I have an appointment I don’t think an oil change should take over two hours.
I did appreciate and have fun on your golf driving range.
