Oil change was sloppy. I can smell oil that was dropped somewhere on the engine. My receipt said air pressure was set to 35#. It wasn’t still at 30# I came in with. Didn’t top off fluids. Your service has been slowly going down hill for more than a year. I was hoping you would be good. Wanted something closer to where I live other than Acura. Also your pricing is higher than it was.
I’ve been getting my cars serviced for over 50 years. I’ve seen much better.

Excellent, professional customer service was provided by David & all with a great sense of humor. Having a couple of good laughs is really appreciated during this t ok me of social distancing. Love that I got my vfc very own, brand new container of wipes so could wipe off the steering wheel, etc. after service was completed.
