Mike was great. I arrived a little early for my 8:00 oil change and tire rotation. He was friendly and courteous. Problem was that I sat there until 9:40 for the vehicle to be done. Hour and 45 minutes is way too long for that type of service. To his credit Mike brought me up to date a couple times saying they were running behind (at 8:00 a.m.?) and that he was “pushing them” (not sure how he can do that). Your waiting room was very comfortable with coffee and water and, fortunately I brought a book to read. But....way too long to be there for that given it was first thing in the morning
