Half of the work was done only On a safety issue they let me out of the dealer at my own risk that’s how you guys keep people safe on your vehicle I went in for a safety issue and you guys brought up the oil change to get money out of me just to make money And when I see the Honda commercial that you guys are there for it to help miles not true

To me, $216 seems steep for an oil change, tire rotation and a couple of filters.
I would expect $125 or so.
Additionally, I had to request that the tires be reduced to 32 psi, which is the recommended pressure, rather than the 35 psi that they were inflated to.

No rental available when told there was one? This left me with no car for 2 days. Sat for an hour waiting on Lyft ride home. Given a quote for repairs that is double in cost from any other shop in Surprise for same service, including diag fee. Wanted to give Surprise Honda recommendations but not so sure they are really honest!?
