Alfredo is great!! But the guy at the next desk who told me I was blocking the lane was not. Maybe if the courtesy vehicle parked was not in the way of others cars when I drove up for my oil change, everything would have been fine.
Also, it would have been nice to know before my appointment that my oil change works take 2 hours due to staffing

I am, however, disappointed with the time it took for my oil change to be completed. Nearly 3 hours? Are you serious? This is the second time where it has taken this long to get a simple oil change. Needless to say I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for my future oil changes. I used to really like bringing my car to Surprise Honda for an oil change, but honestly when you make an appointment an oil change should not take over 2 hours to complete.
