We love our car. Our recent service was great. Mike, my rep, was great. What disappointed me was that I bought the 2 year oil change/tire rotation package and I found out I will not get all three as I was promised. My wife and I took a trip this summer and had an oil change at Commonwealth Honda in Massachusetts because we were at the mileage for a change. Mike showed me the chart (that was not shown us when we purchased it) and he said we will not be eligible for the third oil change. We were told it was 3 oil changes and tire rotations within the first two years (or 24,000 miles). Our salesman and the finance person knew what our travel plans were, and they sold it to us anyway. Had I known the mileage breakdown requirements, we would not have purchased this coverage.

Stood inside the door for nearly 10 minutes before being addressed. Nathan was not at fault as he was busy working with someone else. But 2 other guys behind the counters were just sitting there and never said a word to me about being helped. Check in was a bit frustrating.
