There was some initial confusion over whether or not I had a maintenance plan. The 1st time I tried to schedule it, I was transferred to the finance department to verify if I had one and if so, the terms. I left a vm and did not hear back. This time, the service person scheduled the service, but still had check back to see if I had a maintenance plan. Why can’t your service people see this information? Is it to frustrate customers into not getting something they already paid for? If so, that’s a UDAAP violation
