I checked in to the express service around 7:30am. I was not told how long they thought it would take but usually it takes an hour maybe an hour and a half, this not being my first time. Around 9:30am I checked in to see how much longer it would be to find they hadn't even started working on my car yet. It was 2 hours later and no one thought to mention it was going to be another hour before my car was done? I had work at 11am and still needed to stop by my house to get my uniform. What was most disappointing was that when I asked how much longer it would be it seemed like I had been forgotten about, kind of like, you're still here? My wife had to leave work during her shift to come get me, I had to drop her back off at work and then I had to take her car to work so she didnt have one all day. I just dont think today had to happen like it did. I would suggest an update every hour or hour and a half. You use that nifty texting service, that could have easily told me my car wouldn't be ready until 10:20am, 3 hours after I got there. I could have planned my day accordingly. It just didnt seem like my time was important at all. Thank you.

I made an appointment online hoping that I wouldn’t have to wait as long with an appointment. I tried twice to be connected with the service department but no one picked up both times so I left a message for a call back to schedule the service. No one called me back so I made the appointment online. When I arrived, I was told to go to the express service department instead because it may take longer for the service to be completed in the appointment line as the service needed was basic. I went to the express service department and was told it would take between one and half to an hour forty five to finish the service. I got my car two and a half hours later. Cesar was nice and gave me an additional four dollars off which I appreciate but the whole system seems very unorganized from start to finish. In the future, I’m going to just show up at 7am for any service because making an appointment doesn’t guarantee a short wait time and going in at 9:15am is still an almost three hour wait.

Kari was amazing!! I was able to get a rental because my service was supposed to take 24 hours, but my car was ready to be picked up in 4 hours! I also forgot two things in my rental and Kari went three times to the car to find my items. I’m SO grateful. She was very kind and helpful. Thank you!!

Service advisor was great,But the problem I’m having is my vehicle only has 20,000 miles and I’m always ending up bringing it back in for some problem, This is the third or fourth time I bring it in and your sales team just tells me to trade it in,That would be more money out of my pocket , Because I would have to pay taxes and license on that new vehicle ,and that’s not helping me out when I paid for in new vehicle,And should not be having the problems I’m having with this vehicle,
