Cesar did a terrific job in handling my service request today. He greeted me when I arrived, he was quick in processing the paperworks, he set my expectations on when the maintenance service would be completed. Additionally, since I waited for my car, he showed the waiting area with coffee and restroom. The service was completed way ahead of the schedule.
