Was kinda worried we weren’t going to make it in time for a oil change. We are from out of the area but our Honda was 0 percent of oil life. We pulled in and Chris came out and greeted us and took care of my questions. He took us in and made us felt welcome. Was talking to my little daughter and offered her some pop corn. Also told us about the toys and books. Daughter had a great time waiting for a oil change. Thanks for taking care of us and treating us right. Might just have to come back out here from now on for my oil changes. We come to Disneyland a lot so it’s on the way. Thanks for all help today. Chris is the best thanks

Though I did request an oil change as well when dropping off my vehicle and followed up with a text message 30 minutes later re-requesting an oil change to be preformed. At time of pickup the service had not been preformed. While a free oil change was offered and I will be taking advantage of I still need to bring my vehicle in again this next coming weekend. i purchased my car in January of 2016. My battery was defective and was replaced on 1/28/17. In was told that I was a 3 yr battery. My battery was again defective and failed after less than 2 years. I was told the 3 year warranty was not going to be honored because my car was over 3 years old. I was also told that you would not even prorate the cost. This is totally wrong.
I purchase a Honda because it is suppose to be reliable and find out you sell cars with defective batteries. Further you do not even stand behind your defective product. I am very upset and disappointed that I had to purchase another Honda battery that will probably turn out to be defective again. I will NEVER purchase another battery or get my car serviced from your dealership and will make sure ALL of my friends know that Honda sells defective car batteries and does not stand behind their products.
I have NEVER had this problem with Lexus, Toyota, Mazda, BMW or even Ford.
Very bad business practice. And to think I thought about purchasing another Honda. Shame on me aid I ever do after this experience.

Yes I was completely satisfied with experience with honda. I was told that it would take 2-3 hours to work on my car. I told my person when I got to dealership that I also needed a oil change and they said no problem. The total time it took to work on my car and leave dealership was only 1.5 hours!! THANK YOU Honda!!!
