Lack of sincerity and follow through in giving me a simple update: 1) asked me if I had just dropped the car on Friday when I actually dropped it off on Tuesday, 2) said he tried to reach me but had phone problems, 3) said repair would be done on Saturday due to excessive grease leak though initially he gave me option to take it home and bring it back when parts arrived, 4) wrote on invoice that I stated clicking noise when turning right (I never said that!), 5) noticed wrong email address on invoice when I got home. Yes, disappointed at level of service far below what I had received in the past.
