Typically, when I bring in my vehicle for service, my representative always gives me recommendations and a breakdown of cost of recommendations I feel that they did not go above and beyond on my vehicle

I was told my car was ready for pick up at approximately 2:31 PM. I was told that the shuttle driver will be by to pick me up by 4:30 PM.
The shuttle driver never arrived . I called approximately six times before I was able to speak to a person and I was told shuttle driver was gone for the day and that arrangements will be made to pick me up in the morning. I am definitely not happy because I needed my car for this evening.
