Kari was very efficient and polite as she explained what was going to be done on the recall for our Honda. The process took less than two hours and we were completely satisfied with the outcome.

It was terrible terrible terrible.... I never had any problems with other Honda dealers in OC and it was just horrible experience I had, actually my wife took the car to Hardin that day. Do not contact me to discuss as I will never visit your dealer and no more car from Hardin Honda ever again. Very not professional.
