After serice (oil/filter change snd tire rotation) i left and realized an hour later my lug nut adapter was missing. I figured maybe they accidentally kept it. I called to inquire, and after talking to a receptionist, had my call forwarded to a technicians line. It went to voicemail, and i left a message with my inquiry about the adapter. After a day i go no call back, so i called again and after explaining to the receptionist what happened she said she personally give the message to the tech. After 36 hrs i havent heard anything from anyone.
