Kari helped to solve an ongoing inconsistent issue with my car. I appreciated her insight and advice from her experience that equipped me with some steps to take to ensure that the car could be operable in case the issue arose before I could get back in for maintenance because the issue could not be replicated during my initial visit. I did need to use her suggestions and was thankful for her proactive thinking. The issue was able to be diagnosed and fixed today.

My scheduled appointment included supplemental restraint, which was an option when I scheduled the appointment online. However, when I arrived for my appointment I was told it was too late to conduct that they close at 3 and already had a full morning of appointments(my appt was for 2:45). I was told that I had to call prior to notify them, It is not listed anywhere on the app to call the dealer for that option. If I wanted it done I would’ve had to leave my vehicle until Monday. Therefore I left with that item not taken care of.
It would be nice for a note to be placed in the app to advise when certain items need to be called upon prior to scheduling an appt. and also if certain work can’t be done, then why have a 2:45pm appt. option?

Alfredo is always helpful, he’s my go to guy whenever there’s something wrong with my car. He is very professional when handling business. I’ve been coming to Hardin Honda for over 3 years now and basically know almost half the staff inside, but he was the first person in service to be so friendly and trustworthy.
