I didn’t feel like I mattered at Honda - from calling to report my problem to dropping my car off to picking it up. And I had to do this two times because the problem wasn’t fixed. Relationships are not important to Byron until Byron pulled my car up at the end of my service and told me I’d be getting a survey from Honda about my experience.. On the phone with me he was not at all sympathetic to my problem and took no responsibility for the defect in the car.
