First I asked why my price was so high compared to the Honda dealership nearest to me, when I went to ask why they price was so high and even showed them the the competitive price and they had no explanation for it and why I was being charged so much. Second of all when I dropped off my car to be fixed it was to be 2-3 hours so I wanted to go home but had no way of getting there, and normally whenever they took long on any of my maintenance they would always give me a shuttle back to my home, but this time they completely ignored me when I brought it up when I had returned to pick up my car.

Requested Full Synthetic and paid for full synthetic. Checked the paper print out and shows 5w20 oil. Called and the rep said it was full synthetic. I paid for full synthetic amount. I noticed the next day the service sticker on my car windshield for next Service shows it was 5w20. Both the paper print out and car sticker service in my windshield shows 5w20. I paid for full synthetic 0w20 but everything showing it is 5w20. Also the paper did not indicate the other recommended services such as filter or brake fluid change where not documented.
