I paid online before I got to the dealer. Walked into the service desk area, they told me to wait outside for my vehicle. Waited for several minutes and an agent asked me what I was waiting for. I told him and he instructed me to go to another service desk to sign off on paper work. Wasn’t told about signing off anything until then. I assumed my online payment was enough (to avoid contact as much as possible, I assumed). Signed the paperwork, Went back outside and waited again. The same agent that gave me the paperwork asked what car I was waiting for. He left, came back again and said he couldn’t find the car. Checked the paperwork again and then found my car. Seems like a lack of coordination between your systems and your processes. Could use some improvement.

The Hardin Honda team are very nice and attentive. About the only Honda dealer where we experienced customer service is a priority. Other Honda dealers are not as caring and they have you waiting until they are ready (if they remember you are still there)
Byron from the moment I came in I felt he had my best interest in mind. He even charge my phone which I was grateful for. Byron was attentive and patient with my questions and concerns even when I sounded crazy. Thank you Byrom for everything!
