Very unprofessional.. We usually get good service. The fact that the gentleman called us over the phone & was letting us know what was gng on with the car & said to us “ why is it that when we talk numbers you can’t hear” .. Super unprofessional & rude and all the workers in the background laughing. I would never say that to my clients! Just super Rude!!!
