Chris has been helping me for the last 7 years at Hardin. Every experience has been great. He’s always making me laugh! He also always has whatever service I’m getting done completed before the time he estimates for me. Excellent Excellent Excellent, except one service writer wasn't wearing a mask quite often and service writers were treating each other like they lived together as far as Virus distancing and masks goes. Note - this seemed all too natural because the whole very positive experience made me think that I was dealing with a very nice family of competent people ! Some big guy walking through the service bays was happily and loudly protecting his voice to various techs servicing cars as he went. Again, BEAUTIFUL in that it shows that you guys really like each other and customers too ! BUT... recently research has shown that the virus can go AIRBORNE in micro-driplets too small to see by things like singing or laughing heartily. This guy was virtually singing out (across 20' or more !) an would be an example slide in a presentation on the unfortunate ways SARS Corona Virus can sometimes widely spread. Guy looked like the best kind of boss ! And went in behind the customer lounge after walking through the bays. It **** to mention this, because in other times it would be behavior that was ALL positive. But... not now. You folks are better than a lot of places, and seemed to have the right attitude about prevention, so I offer this hoping it's useful. I had a great experience and I will definitely recommend Hardin to everyone. I'm typically "The Car Guy " in our circles of friends... Two of those friends are a P.h.D. Epidemiologist and a P.h.D. in Public Health Administration, and I listen to them about Covid-19 like they listen to me about cars ! I'll be back. I've already recommended Hardin to one other person.
