It was not clearly communicated to me the service my vehicle was going to be receiving. I came in for a B12 Service & communicated that from the start of my visit & was given a B1. In addition, I had called the service department a week prior and was informed over the phone that the B12 service fee was currently at $83. When I brought up all this information to the staff member attending me, they said to me verbatim, “I’m not calling you a liar but...” I did not appreciate that comment & felt disrespected & misled as a client. I have always had great clear & transparent service at Hardin Honda & go out of my way to come to this dealership as opposed to to my local dealer. After this past experience, I question whether I will be returning to get my vehicle serviced at this location.
