Thank you Juan Ayala for helping me out with my service! Even though today was an exceptionally busy day he was very helpful and patient. I was expecting a 4 to 5 hour service wait due to the conditions of the staffing and for the line of loyal Honda customers but surprisingly my vehicle was reading in just over 2 hours! It didn’t feel like the time had passed that fast since the waiting area was kept cleaned the tables and chairs were spaced accordingly to the state guidlines. You and your staff made me feel comfortable in the fact that you were wearing a face cover and did your best as humanly as possible to keep everyone in a safe work area feel comfortable. Thank you again to Mr Juan Ayala, who is another example of Honda Hardin’s professional team!
