He should be in a gas station’s garage not at Honda service Center!

Why did you change all the settings to my vehicle without informing me? For instance, you changed the child safety feature on my doors without telling me. I have a special needs child and those features were set for his needs. I get that you may have have to make adjustments for repairs but change them back to what they were before.

Neil was fast and efficient and best of all friendly! I have never had a bad experience at Hardin but the absolute best reason I will keep coming back is the customer service! My mom receives the same customer service and she is a 70-year old woman horrified of dealing with car issues but she never has any problems at Hardin.
