I made an appointment online last week for service on the main side. When I arrived the gates were locked and I was directed to the express side. When I received my reminder note on Monday night nothing was said about the main side being closed this week. If I had known, I would have been there at 7 a.m. and not wasted 3 hours of my day. This is the first time in nearly 7 years I have been a Hardin customer that I feel disappointed by the service.
