First things first. I came in for a chirping noise coming from engine bay. Upon arrival they asked me to show them what the problem was, so I turned the car on and the noise never occurred. So I left the car there for 40 minutes for more "observation/testing" still came back and said it was no noise so he turned the car off waiting for my arrival when I returned for the second time I turned the car on and it clearly made a excessively loud chirping noise. So he then proceeded to tell me he'll keep my vehicle for around 4 1/2 hours. Came back 5hours later only thing he had to say was I couldn't hear a chirping noise and nothing is loose. LASTLY THE MORON WHO BROUGHT OUT MY VEHICLE FOR ME TO LEAVE SLAMMED IT INTO GEAR SECONDS AFTER STARTING IT AND THEN PROCEEDED TO ACCELERATE WELL OVER 15 MPH IN THE SERVICE CENTER!! PLEASE have a talk with your employees they do not have the means of good customer service especially at Honda! Send them to KIA

I showed the representative the coupon at your website and he insisted it doesn't apply because the coupon talks about A/B service and I needed A1 service. So instead of adding tire rotation ("1") to the coupon cost I was charged for A1 service, which was more.

Darin was awesome! Best costumer service I have had in a long time! I’m just a little frustrated that in March, when I had my tires rotated, one of my tire locks was never put back on. I didn’t notice until about two months later. With COVID, I never made it back in and so when I came in for the oil change, I mentioned it. Darin talked to the service provider who did my tire rotation in March and he said that he didn’t remember this and didn’t have it. They did check with some that he did have in his box, but no luck. I do feel like these should be replaced by Honda since it is clear it was never replaced when they were rotated. Again, Darin, the best costumer service! Just mostly not satisfied that I have a missing lock with no resolution. Thank you!

I was very unhappy with some comments that were said by Chris while dropping my car off for an oil change.
I had to make another stop at the dealership because prior when I left my car, the oil change was not done. Due to this and a survey, he offered a free oil change for that. While I was dropping my car off and letting him know that he had previously spoke to my husband regarding this, he stated, “oh ya I remember this car” while pointing to the fading of my paint on the hood of my car.
While in the office waiting for the paperwork, he made the comment, “oh you guys picked it up on a Tuesday and I was going to be here Wednesday to finish but you picked it up early.” This comment made me very upset because we ONLY picked up my car due to the fact I received a text stating my car was ready for pick up.
The last few visits at this dealership have not been the most pleasant.
