Already spoke with acting service manager Paul about Cezar's attitude when I asked that the quote for the repair be emailed to me. I did not initially agree for my car to have the recommended repairs because I wanted to get a second opinion from my mechanic Cezar's attitude changed and told me I can come in to pick up my car and must pay the diagnostics fee. I don't think that's anyone to speak to a customer, I've never had anyone at a dealership speak to me that way. And then when I took issue to being spoken to that way, Cezar tried to tell me to stop yelling when I wasn't even raising my voice. Much different service experience in this side vs the express service when I get my oil changed there.

I arrived and was immediately told to go to the Express service, because the ONE person doing the oil changes was at lunch. Express was 100 times worse, RUDE manager! I went BACK to the dealer and was brushed off. "Yeah, it's probably going to be an hour and a half " I was the ONLY person in the waiting room!!
