The car was brought in for an issue we have been having day one with it. The remote on the car didn’t work unless you were right next to the vehicle on the driver’s side. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have brought it a dealer to fix the issue. We brought it in before the warranty expired, but were told different things, but the problem was never investigated or taken seriously. I finally brought the car back again because it was getting really bad. Of course the problem wasn’t found until the warranty was expired. We were told the problem was an error code on the car. This was cleared and we were charged $145.00 for this. We were also told by Byron that we should replace the battery in the remote. He had it opened and didn’t think it was worth it to do us that favor of replacing the small battery. We had to find the battery online and wait a few days to get it in. Then we had to locate a tiny screwdriver and figure out how to open and replace the small button cell battery. I think this was the least he could have done while we had the car at the dealer to get this issue fixed. The second issue that we brought the car in for as well wasn’t really fixed. The van still has issues with the rear hatch sporadically working. It only works when it is warm out.

I called and said I needed a B1 service, and I said I saw they have a 60 minutes express service and I asked if I needed an appointment. Whoever I talked to said, “ No, and it would be fine in 60 minutes.” So I brought it in and was told it would be 2 hours. He said they would try to get me out sooner. After 90 minutes, he said my car was done unless I wanted a car wash and new wipers (which I did want, so I’m grateful he asked), but that put the total time to a little over 2 hours. I think they should encourage people to make appointments to help expedite the service.
