The customer rep told me the part was in stock and said it would be 45 minutes then said the part needed to be picked up and it would take twice as long. I cancelled a ride based on the original information. Please check on part first and give the accurate information. I have never had a battery replaced at a dealership and this was the first repair experience at Hardin. I felt like i was misled somewhat. I will return to my local mechanic if this happens at Hardin again.
