I had an intermittent problem that my car sometimes fails to start. The service rep. did not discover the cause conclusively. The battery was eliminated as a likely problem. So we will continue to be unsure if the car will start. Except for that, I was completely satisfied. Too bad you can’t offer a shuttle, but I understand the safety issues you face.

When I go to Hardin Honda I am usually greeted very well. In the past I’ve been helped by a young fella with glasses and mid age tall fella before; they hiere warm and welcoming! It’s felt like a family and we knew each other.
My experience with Chris this time was acceptable, but not as warming and welcoming. In my past experience, at arrival I usually was greeted with great energy and walked to desk; Chris walked away and I became confused to where he went. Again, I usually am walked and welcomed to rest area, which he didn’t. Even when he called my name to announce that my vehicle was ready, he was so dull; in the past they came to meet and guide me. It was different this time. I was truly expecting a different experience (with different energy) because it’s Hardin Honda. I commute to Hardin Honda from another area for the service - because that’s where I purchased my vehicle and loved the service!
Also, during our casual and short conversation I mentioned that I prolonged my maintenance because of covid and wish things could go back to normal. It quickly escalated to awkwardness after he mentioned his political preferences about recalling the governor. After, I cut the conversation short. Political preference should not be talked about during customer service time, regardless if we agree or disagree. He was respectful overall, but those comment should be kept to himself.

He had no problem with explaining certain things to me about the service I was getting done when I asked. He tried getting me in and as fast as possible and made sure all my concerns were worked on. He made the experience really easy.
