Alfredo was very kind, courteous, helpful, and informative. However, this is the second time that I have been charged for a tire repair even though I purchased the additional 5 year wheel & tire warranty when I purchased my car in 2017. And when I questioned the charge, I was told to speak to someone in the finance dept. because there was no record of it on my account. Thankfully, a sales manager took care of it and made sure that I was refunded. Can you please make sure my warranties are updated in my account?
