UnSatisfy I had Recently purchased my 2021 Honda Accord not knowing it would have a scratch on the front bumper ,black plastic on the bumper below the headlight and on the headlight itself so I had call Erick the same day I noticed it and he had said he would fix the problem so I had took the car back to the dealer for him to check it out once he check it he had made it seem that I did it that scratch I was like how if I just left the dealer so that’s when he had change hes mind so he had told me that he would only fix the bumper and the black plastic on the bumper and he wouldn’t be able to fix the headlight because it would be to much So I had left my car to get it fix with the mindset that they would fix the both things that he had said once I pick up my car today because it was ready I had notice that they only fix my bumper and not the black plastic on the bumper I think its unfair that they didn’t fix the black plastic on the bumper if that’s what they had told me they would
