Chris was super helpful. He greeted us right away. He answered all of my many questions and took the time needed. I appreciate this because I bring the kiddos errands can be overwhelming, in fact with covid it’s even harder to feel safe. He made sure we were out as soon as possible and that means the most to us. Took my car it 12pm was told it would be done in 2 hours. I had call to call around 2 pm was told they would call right back. Drove up at after 3 and was told the car was done.!than driving back on the the freeway the hood was opened and had to pull over to close it. Last time I went for a oil change it took almost three hours. Not happy customer at this time

.caring. Ed is the best n sales. The process needs revamping...it is much too long, tedious, very unpleasant. I HATE buying a car, but made it through 5 ugly hours. U guys really need 2 look at how u can speed that up.
