Chris was extremely friendly, kind and thorough. He explained what would be done to my car and related the cost for each item. He made sure to know where is be waiting and came to update me during my wait. He gave me a cup with a tea bag, which was awesome! Car was left with paper mat on the floor and a plastic bag in the passenger side floor. The paper number was left attached to the rear view mirror. The seat adjusted, the tempature controls were set different. Car was not whipped down after they finished.
