I felt it took too long and I believe because I could see that my car was done but wasn’t brought out until much later. The cost of one civic tire seem overpriced. Other than that the person who greeted me was good and the Service advisor was professional.

Picked up CR-V after a tune up and oil change this Saturday . On the way home it started to smoke. I drove it back to Hardin Honda Service. The guy at the car check in said it was just a little oil on the engine. Sunday I looked and there is oil on the back of the engine,there is even oil on the air cleaner covr. I drove the SUV to visit my mom and noticed 4 + oil spots on the driveway. I drove for 20 miles, then the TPMS error came on. In the end I went to get an oil change, I was told I needed a tuneup and now I have a car that smells like burning oil with a error light on and oil on the driveway. In the past when I went to Hardin they would wash car. After returning the car they said there was olny a little oil and it would burn off. 80 miles later and I can still smell burning oil and see smoke when i lift the hood.
