It only took me time to please to convince Cesar M to replace my low battery in car after he checked it; At 3:50pm he told me my Odyssey van can’t be given service to replace battery but still I requested him to give it try coz my way home is far from Hardin Honda; I may be stocked in the road, my car battery would be dead. He give it a try; job well done!!!
Please when moments of in need car assistance service in your department; do not let other persons interfere laughing while doing customers service. It’s INSULTING showing something funny during time of stating car problems to be attended and work on. One person sitting in couch don’t know if visitor or employee waiting both laughing and the other lady employee sitting left side of Cesar M. Laughing during communication of stating car issues for what reasons why they laughing . It’s insulting customers!!!! Please DO NOT ALLOW THIS in your Department during working hours!!!!
