I had taken my vehicle in for a check engine light, it took 3 days to Fix…..When i finally picked my vehicle up and my keys returned to me that was it, nothing else was said to me i expected the mecaníc or whoever to explain to me what had happened to my car or a how to avoid this from happening again whatever, but i got nothing, thats my only complaint more customer service explaning to the customer the reason why it happened and how to prevent this from happening just a side note this happened to my 80 year old dad who the person am writing this complaint for.

Terrible service. If you can't even look at my car, then you should be able to schedule a time when you can. Most people can't afford to just leave their car at the dealership for a week or more with no other mode of transportation. Additionally, the only reason my car even needs to be fixed is because Honda used faulty parts which caused issues with the a/c. I've already had to have this issue fixed once and a year later I have the same issue again. Truly dissatisfied with Honda and will never buy or recommend a Honda again.
