Then I started getting messages from your service group saying you were busy with my car, then you said it was in great hands... then wrote it was ready... hours after I had left with it
I was told contact Honda USA and gave me no phone number or email address or website. Nothing more. NOT A HELPFUL HONDA EXPERIENCE
