I was told my car would be ready at a certain time and it wasn’t. I was never able to contact my representative to ask about the status of my car, I was told my cars issue was fixed and it was not at all fixed. I was told I can’t get a refund for my service even though my car is still broken and the issue isn’t resolved.
I need my car in order to do my job as I drive for a living. I used my off-time to bring my car in to get fixed and to be essentially robbed of my money is extremely unacceptable.

I was told my oil change would take approximately one hour. After the hour I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes. My service tech was busy with another customer, so I asked someone else to check on my vehicle. They told me it was ready, to go to cashier to check out. I was told my vehicle was being brought out. Again, I waited 10 more minutes.
