I have to bring back my car because the oil life was not reset and wrench sign appear on dashboard and the one in battery the cap holding it was jot there.No service recovery done to compensate for the poor service;, very poor customer service. I will not bring my car here again for service

I made an appointment through Honda Link for 10 am. When I got to the service center at 9:30 am, my appointment was not located in the system. It took over 6 hours for an A1 service, which is a simple oil change and tire rotation. John was great but there was no follow up. He said they called me on the intercom, but I did not hear anything. Why didn't he call my cell or get me in the waiting room? I had to follow up myself to see if my car was ready.
