Juan was great. my only recommendation is that you offer coffee or water bottles to guests. I previously owned a Toyota and their dealership always had coffee and donuts or cookies in the waiting area.

When I called the service department Friday I. Spoke to John G. He said that there is a special price for transmission service. I told him what type of vehicle I have and he said the special price is $99.95. When I dropped off my car on Saturday he told me the price of the oil change $45.95 and the transmission service $99.95. After the service was done I went to pay the bill. I found out then that I was charged for transmission service was $129.95. I asked John G about it and he said that is the price for the service for my vehicle since it is a newer vehicle. I mentioned to him that he said he told me the price was $99.95. He said that he wouldn't know the price until I came in with the vehicle. I didn't want to cause trouble so I paid my bill and left.

I came in for a headlight change and an air conditioning unit that wasn’t working. As soon as I got my car back the brakes were screeching to the point of the car being undeliverable because of the noise as well as violent shaking when accelerating. Neither of these issues were present before bringing my car in for two completely different and minor issues.
I informed staff that it needed to be fixed since it started as soon as I got the car back from them but they just tried to charge me more money… charge me money after breaking my car? Absolutely unacceptable “service” in every sense of the word. I am going to contact corporate about this incident as well as the better business bureau as unfortunately that seems to be the only way to get this issue taken seriously.
