You guys told us many times before our free oil change. That’s why i came today (February 19, 2022) to avail of that free oil change that you guys keeps on telling to us. We had oil change today, even outside of the schedule, and we paid $57.78 for the service. What a CROOKED way of doing business. In short, a BIG NO satisfaction for the visit today. Next time, don’t promise or say anything to any customer that you guys hard to fulfill.

Very disappointed with the wait time. came in for an oil change and it took about 3 1/2 hours for an oil change in rotation. There is absolutely no excuse someone should have notified me ahead of time to let me know it would take more than an hour to get an oil change.
