I was very very disappointed with my experience. I dropped my car off at 11:23am (approximately) on Monday 2.21.22. My car did not get a diagnostic until WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON!! I have trusted Hardin with my Last two Hondas for several years and I have NEVER had to wait two days for a diagnostic. Even during the peak of COVID-19 I never had to wait 2 days for a diagnostic. I want to emphasize that it took two days for the diagnostic NOT to get the problem fixed. After receiving the diagnostic the issue was finally repaired on Friday morning. The issue was my electronic emergency brake not being fully operational. Cezar did apologize. I give him credit for that, however I am BEYOND disappointed that I took so long. Having to pay $424 was already a tough pill to swallow but to be without my car for 4 days made things even worse. I told my wife as she dropped me off, “this is the last time I will be bringing my car to Hardin”. My service needs will now be handled by another Honda dealership even if I have to drive a few extra miles. Additionally, when it is time for me to purchase my next Honda, I will be avoiding Hardin.

The organization and efficiency at this office is FABULOUS and welcoming. They know me by name, they know my car, and explain everything.
