By the look of the long line of cars for service on a Saturday, I really didn’t think I could get in. They were extremely efficient, professional, friendly and the car was done with my 30,000 mile service on time and my car was washed! There was no problem with my car, which one always worries about. We have owned Honda’s for 18 years and purchased them from Hardin Honda in Anaheim. They are honest, we will always go back there!

I specifically told Mr. Mejia that there was a noise coming from the car. When I picked up the car, they said everything was fixed. The noise is still there. It was not fixed.
I dread going back. I was told it would take 2-3 hours to fix and it took 5 hours.
I needed someone to drop me off and pick me up. They couldn’t pick me up. Other car companies get Uber to take customers home. No, I am not happy with the service.
