Everyone was very nice but honestly for the price I paid to get the car fixed they could do a curtesy car wash. I used to get my service done In Lake Elsinore Honda and every time I got service done they used to offer a curtesy car wash. But associates were super nice and shuttle service was great.

I was charged $225 to replace a FUSE on my 2022 Pilot. According to the advisor Juan Ayala, the fuse was missing, and they implied that someone removed it, when my vehicle has gone no where else but there. This is disappointing, getting charged $225 for a fuse is ridiculous. I understand that they had to diagnose the vehicle, but if my taillight is not working, shouldn't the fuses be something that's checked first? I have been a loyal customer for 3+ years, and I am seriously considering taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on.
