I noticed in my car today 11/19 that on my drivers seat on the back side part of the seat a part of the plastic is torn off and just received my car yesterday 11/18. Honestly whoever fixed my car noticed they put pressure probably with their feet and tore the piece loose because he probably heard a clicking sound and decided to completely ignore it and leave it like that. I called today 11/19 to Honda and when I explained what happened they transferred me but seemed they just hanged up the call. When I called again and finally spoke to someone I did not feell he cared and said someone will call me tomorrow 11/20 because I told him I could only take it at 4pm due to my work and he said no one is there at that time to fix it.
