I did mention to Juan about the OTA system update error. It was never resolved. Only the recall notice was taken care of. I have to reschedule again for another visit at your dealership.

It was ok. It was my least favorable people experience in all the ones I have had at Hardin. Juan seemed ok but i could not hear him or understand him and asked him twice to repeat what he said because i could not understand and hear him. He made no attempt to speak louder or more clearly. I would rather not interact with him again. All other interactions i have had there have been really positive. Juan was a disappointment.
