Staff was really prompt and curious . Unfortunately I left my car for 2 hours and was told to return by noon and my car would be ready. So I got dropped off and I was told my car was not ready and asked if someone had called me to let me know they wouldn’t have my car ready since someone went home sick. No one called to inform me and I missed my dental appointment.

I brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance, a recall and several warning codes that appeared on my dash. The recall was fixed , a diagnostics was ran which I wasn’t aware of a $225 charge and my maintenance was not done. When I paid the $225, I believed it included the maintenance/ oil change. To my surprise, the oil change was not conducted and I was charged $225 simply for a diagnostics test which most dealerships offer for free. I was not made aware of the cost prior to completing this test. I’ve call Hardin Honda for assistance and keep being told I would receive a phone call to follow up but no one has reached out. This will be the last time I utilize Hardin Honda of Anaheim.
