It’s not Cezar’s fault, but your parts department. I ordered a couple of accessories in your Dreamshop website to be installed at my preferred dealership. Installation was already charged on all accessories via the dreamshop website. How can they freaking miss that I ordered TWO (2) cargo trunk holders!? I have to go back again to hardin honda, leave my car because i have work and spend uber 2x just to pick up my car!!! By now your dealership should have paid my 2nd uber ride just to pick up my car for your mishap! It’s a waste of time and money! To Cezar, he did good. Just more on actively listening because I did mention that all accessories that I ordered came with installation charges. And one accessory was installed during my first visit. My expectations could have been set that your parts department only had one of the cargo trunk holders during that morning I dropped off the car. I believe he did verify but not all. I was the one that expected every accessories that I ordered were already at your dealership.
