My appt was at 1:15, Adrian willingly and politely took in my car at 10:30! I was so pleased w that! He reminded me that my car was in for a recall on my air conditioner as well so not my fuel pump and my air got fixed! Adrian was very polite and kind and covered all that was done on my civic! I got my car back in a timely manner, too! Thank you Hardin Honda for hiring such a neat guy!!

Zachary was very kind, he made sure to give me a full report. I was having trouble with the rubber molding on my driver side window and he made sure to give me his business card and said to call him directly if I had any more issues with it. Because it has been fixed several times in the past. Also he came straight into the waiting room rather than having me texted to come get my keys etc. That was a nice little personalized extra that I appreciated. I had no invoice, no payment. So it was nice to just be walked out to my car and allowed to drive off. Please give him the pat on the back because I know so many people can complain and I am more than happy to give this compliment.
