The technician was very helpful. The hondalink screen was black out and there is number on the screen for code. I brought my car in before and the other technician said I have to leave the car there for diagnostic. I didn't leave my car there because i need my car for work. I brought it up when i brought my car in today for oil change. This technician Darin showed me the button on the upper right and hold drown for a few seconds and it returned to normal. I throught he was knowledgeable.

The service department has definitely changed for the better. I told Cezar that my husband recently passed and he took care of the cars which I had little knowledge about. He kept me informed the entire time I waited for the car and he explained everything in layman’s terms I would understand. He provided me with his card & how to get ahold of him anytime I had a question or concern. I feel comfortable in knowing I have a person I can count on.

On this day I came pretty irritated and impatient but Juan assisted me in no time, the last time I came for a service I also got Juan to help me out as well. He’s very astounding and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay at the lounge while my car was being serviced and even though in the coffee section there’s no creamers I still enjoyed a cup. The total of the service is good and very affordable and the environment overall was good.
